Thinking of purchasing from ABC? Check out these FAQ’s.
1.
Do you check your cars out
mechanically?
Yes! Prior to going on one of our lots, every vehicle goes
through a mechanical inspection. We also encourage you to take any of our
vehicles to a mechanic of your choice for inspection before you purchase it.
2.
Do you have a
return policy?
The high cost of sales tax on a vehicle makes this difficult
to do. Because of this, we do not offer a return policy, although we do offer an
extended service plan that covers the major components on every
vehicle we offer for sale. The extended service plan can cover parts, labor, and
even towing, all with a very small deductible.
3.
Will this vehicle loan help my
credit?
DBS Financial reports to all 3 major credit bureaus every
month. This gives you a good opportunity to improve your credit. If for any
reason you feel that there is an inaccuracy with your credit bureau reporting,
please contact us here.
4.
Can I really get a car with
$99 down?
Many people take advantage of our $99 program every month.
Every one of our stores has vehicles that only require $99 down, and that is
all. No tax, no title. If you’ve only got $99 to work with, let us know, and we
will happily assist you.
5.
What if I don’t see a vehicle
that I like?
Although it takes some time, we are able to transfer
inventory between our stores. Just let us know what you are looking for, and we
will see how we can help you.
6.
My credit is very bad, will
you really be able to help me?

Some dealers have GPS tracking
devices, or starter interrupt devices that will not let my car start when I’m
late on my payment. Do you have these on your cars?
No. We would rather treat our customers with respect instead
of treating them as if they are on House Arrest. We feel offering reliable
vehicles at affordable payments, and trusting our customers is a better way to
conduct business than watching over your shoulder constantly. Above all else, we
feel that good communication is the key to any relationship.
